At Lofa Prints, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom printed products. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:
Custom and Personalized Items
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the damage or defect
Once we verify the issue, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
Non-Custom Products
If you purchased a non-custom item and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
